Workshops for companies

Workshops are conducted in an interactive format that combines presentations with practical activities. Participants gain new insights, space for reflection and self-awareness, and engage in individual and team exercises, role-playing scenarios, guided discussions, and experience sharing. I use a coaching approach and encourage the active involvement of everyone.

At the end, participants define concrete action steps for the next three months. This is followed by a 1.5-hour online group coaching session, where they can share their experiences of applying what they have learned in practice and receive further support for their development.

The workshops can be organized as one-day or multi-day events.
