Executive with more than 25 years of experience in multinational companies, working in several locations in Brazil and abroad, and in the areas of Oil & Gas, Manufacturing and Equipment, Consumer Goods.

He was Director of Operations and Supply Chain at General Electric, at Dover Corporation and also for Private Equity Riverstone, where he developed several projects for the formation of high performance teams, talent acquisition, development and retention, using mentoring, coaching and passionate leadership to interact with everyone (customers, employees and stakeholders).

He received the Dover Coorporation Group’s Safer Company Award among 80 other major operations in the world in 2018, where his leadership was instrumental in changing the culture of attention to risks and people’s attitudes regarding safety, environment, and health.

Certified as GreenBelt by General Electric, with numerous leadership courses by GE itself for crisis management situations, finance for non-financials, communication strategy.

He has completed courses in Leadership and Business Management at West Point _ United States Military Academy in NY and Kellogg Business School in Chicago.

Passionate about self-knowledge and people development, he also took a Coach course with the Brazilian Coach Society, Leader of the Future and Ego for Soul with Crescimentum, Mentoring with the Mentoring Schools of Sidnei Oliveira and Nelson Bressan, Mindfulness retreats with the Parceria Humana, and Positive Psychology: Resilience Skills – Dr. Karen Reivich – The University of Pennsylvania (online).
